Strength, speed, and power development for combat sports (MMA, wrestling, judo, boxing, BJJ, etc.). The program targets all power-related attributes, including maximal strength training, high-velocity strength training, speed training, and elastic energy utilization.

We implement compound strength exercises (including squats, presses, and pulls), basic Olympic lifting variations (such as power cleans), ballistic training, plyometrics, as well as isolated exercises relevant to combat sports-specific needs—such as neck strength, wrist strength, shoulder strength, and general robustness.

Training is varied at the right time to avoid monotony and plateaus. We manage intensity and volume wisely so that it doesn’t spill over into your combat sports sessions, and we follow fundamental sports science principles—backed by years of experience working with world-class athletes.

We approach all lifts systematically and quantitatively. We believe compound lifts and accessories alike should be structured, tracked, and progressively overloaded. We don’t split movements into “strength lifts” versus “stability lifts” in the traditional sense—we see them as part of the same system, both contributing to strength. And we view strength as a key driver of stability (and vice versa), rather than two completely separate, black-and-white categories.

Athleticism specific to Combat Sports
Strength training, explosive power training, speed training, injury-prevention and robustness, and overall combat-sports related athleticism with the basic time-tested fundamentals and no fancy gimmicks. The main differentiating factor is the wisely implemented load management. Not too much, not too little. And with the right timing.

FAQs
Do I need to know my 1RM in the lifts?
Yes, in lifts where a % is stated, you need to know your real or estimated 1RM. Depending on when you join in the program, this may or may not be planned. Otherwise, you may have to set aside a week testing for yourself.
